2011 Outdoor: Became Memphis' first track All-American since 1981... Earned his first career gold medal at the C-USA Outdoor Championships and made his third appearance at the NCAA Regionals... Was runner-up in the 400m hurdles twice, at the season-opening Rhodes Open (52.24s) and the LSU Relays (52.92s)... Earned his first gold medal by shattering the Memphis record in the 400m hurdles, lowering his former 50.79s record by better than four-tenths of a second, finishing at 50.37s... Mark propelled him to the top of the region, which he entered with the fourth-best time; the 50.37s mark was 11th in the nation entering Regional competition... Exited the region as the fourth-best runner in the eastern half of the United States, qualifying for the NCAA Championships via his 50.62s run... In the national semifinal, came from fifth midway through the race to finish second, breaking the school record again and lowering it to 50.15s... By making the final, earned All-American status... Finished seventh in the national final, with a 50.99s mark.

2011 Indoor: Picked up two top-five finishes in the 400m dash... Was fifth at the Hoosier Hills with a 51.63s run... Season-best 48.95 mark came in his 11th-place dash at the McCravy Memorial... Finished fifth at the C-USA Indoor Championships with a 50.23s mark.

2010 Outdoor: Became an NCAA Championship qualifier for the second time...won the Memphis Tigers Invitational with a 51.32 400m hurdles mark...earned silver at the C-USA Championships with a 51.13 400m hurdle mark, which propelled him to the East Regional...at the East Regional, broke his own U of M record in the 400m hurdles with a 50.79 mark, finishing 12th and qualifiying for the NCAA Championships...ended season with a 20th-place finish at the NCAA Championships, running the hurdles in 52.58 seconds.

2010 Indoor: Four top-three finishes in the 400m dash during indoor season...won the ASU Invitational with a 49.34 mark; also picked up a third-place 200m finish at 22.53 seconds...career-best 48.81 second mark earned him a spot on the podium at the C-USA Championships, where he finished third.

2009 Outdoor: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season...Set a personal best in the 400m dash at the Mississippi Open with a time of 47.83...Finished first in the 400m hurdles twice and qualified for the NCAA Championships with a personal-best time of 51.55.

2009 Indoor: Competed at five meets during the indoor season...Set a personal-best time of 50.03 in the 400m dash at the Rod McCravy Invitational...Finished second in the 400m dash at the SEMO Invite.

2008 Outdoor: Competed in six meets while participating in the 100m dash and 400m hurdles during the 2008 outdoor season for the Tigers...In the opening meet at the Rhodes Open Meet, set a personal-best 100m dash time running a time of 11.11 and finishing in 15th place...Set his season-best 400m hurdles mark with a second place finish and a time of 53.90...At the C-USA Championships, ran a 54.87 in the preliminaries of the 400m hurdles which qualified him for the finals...In the finals, ran a 58.47, which was good enough to earn him an All-Conference sixth place finish.

2008 Indoor: Competed in four meets while participating in the 200m dash and the 400m dash during the 2008 indoor track and field season for the Tigers...At the Arkansas State Kickoff Meet, set a personal best 200m dash time of 23.09 and placed 23rd...Set a season-best 400m dash time of 53.64 in 19th place at the same meet.
