2011 Outdoor
Set personal bests in the shot put, hammer throw and discus during outdoor season... Opened the season with wins in the shot put (15.48m; 50' 9.50") and hammer throw (49.43m; 162' 2") at the Rhodes Open... Won the Ole Miss Invite with a 16.31m (53' 6.25") throw... Set a personal-best in the shot put at the Vanderbilt Invitational, finishing third following his 16.33m (53' 7")... At the LSU Relays, set a personal-best in the discus with a 48.02m (157' 6") fling, finishing sixth... Scored points in all three events at the C-USA Outdoor Championships, finishing eighth in the shot put (15.61m; 51' 2.75") and the hammer throw (personal-best 52.84m; 173' 4") and sixth in the discus throw (47.40m; 155' 6").

2011 Indoor
Won the weight throw at the EIU Mega Meet with a 17.17m (56' 4") toss... Was runner-up in the shot put at the SIU McDonald's with a personal-best 17.28m (56' 8.5") throw... Finished fifth in both the shot put (16.49m; 54' 1.25") and the weight throw (personal-best 17.89m; 58' 8.5") at the C-USA Indoor Championships.

2010 Outdoor
Earned top-eight finishes in the shot put and the discus during his first outdoor season...career-best 15.71m (51'6.50") shot put mark came at the Ole Miss Invitational, where he finished eighth...sixth-place discus throw at the Memphis Tigers Invitational came on the strength of his career-best 47.22m (154'11") throw.

2010 Indoor
Scored points once, in the shot put, at the Redhawk Invite, where he finished seventh with a 15.28m (50'1.75") mark...season-best 15.34m (50'4") shot put came during his first C-USA Championships, where he finished 12th.

Prior to Memphis
Lettered in track and football at Ballard High School...Set a personal best of 54'9" in the shot put last season...Also set a personal best of 16'1" in the discus last season.
