2002: Myklebust is a tremendous addition to the Memphis track team for this spring....A native of Norway, and he is a transfer from Southern Illinois-Carbondale....last year Myklebust won the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championship in the shotput while competing at SIU....His personal best in the event is 58’05.00 (17.79)....He also excels in the discus throw finsihing second at the Norway track and field championships....His personal best in the discus is 192’00 (58.56).

Personal: Born April 29, 1979 in Sand, Norway....he is the son of Torkel and Kari Myklebust.
