April 21, 2007
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Memphis men's track team finished in second-place in the team standings Saturday at the Vanderbilt Invitational and managed to pick up two crucial NCAA Regional qualifying times. The women's team also performed well, finishing sixth out of 24 teams. "We didn't come here looking for a great team score," Memphis head coach Kevin Robinson said. "We were trying to get some people qualified for the NCAAs, and we did that. I think we had really good meet this weekend."
