Memphis, Tenn.-- - Senior Larry Crawford (Memphis, Tenn./Craigmont) became the second Tiger in two weeks to earn the Conference USA Track Athlete of the Week honor after winning the 200 and finishing second in the 60-meter dash at SIU-Carbondale over the weekend.

Junior Delvit Rogers (Memphis, Tenn./Raleigh Egypt) won the league honor last week.

Crawford improved his 60-meter time with a 6.79 second clocking in the fi finals. Crawford won the 200 with a time of 22.02, just .02 off his previous season-best.

The Craigmont graduate is currently ranked second in the league in both the 60 and the 200, behiind Houston's Robert Foster. The two will go head-to-head at this weekend Conference USA Indoor Championships in Houston, beginning Saturday.
