MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The University of Memphis track and field team has announced three more signees for next season's squad, with two more women's competitors and a male competitor added to the fold for the 2011-12 year.

Texan Maya Williamson will join the squad next season as a middle distance runner and in the hurdles. Williamson was a competitor in last summer's AAU Junior Olympic Games, competing in the 800m run, the 400m hurdles and the heptathlon.

She'll be joined on the women's squad by Vivian Brandhoff, a Dutch thrower who will be another addition to head coach Kevin Robinson's deep stable of young, talented throwers. Brandhoff is a three-time bronze medalist in the Dutch Junior Championships in the discus.

Kyle Bynum will join the men's squad next fall; the Pearl, Mississippi, native is an accomplished thrower who will join a deep group of returnees such as Savvas Arestis and Andrew Miller next season. Bynum was the state champion in Class 5A in the discus as a junior at Pearl High School.
