MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The University of Memphis men's and women's track and field teams will be splitting up this weekend as some track stars will travel to the Sea Ray Relays, while others will be competing at the Ole' Miss Classic.

The Tigers will travel to the Sea Ray Relays, hosted by the University of Tennessee and will be competing from Friday, April 11 to Saturday, April 12. Memphis will have athletes competing in the women's shot put, women's discus, women's hammer, women's pole vault, women's high jump, women's javelin, men's shot put, men's hammer, men's discus and men's javelin.

The Ole' Miss Classic, hosted by the University of Mississippi will begin at approximately 10 a.m. with the men's hammer. The first running event will be the women's 100 meter trials, which is set for 11 a.m. The last event of the day will be the men's 4x400, slated for a start time of 5:45 p.m.
