CHICAGO, ILL. - The University of Memphis Tiger Cross Country team had two members selected as the Conference USA runners of the week today. Sophomore Balazs Laszlo (Budapest, Hungary) was selected from the Men's squad and Junior Wendy Ragle (Duncanville, Texas) was chosen from the Women's team.

Laszlo was the first collegiate runner across the line for the second consecutive week with his second-place overall finish at the Tiger Invitational, Saturday. He finished in a time of 25:42.50 for the 8K course, finishing second to an unattached runner and five seconds ahead of the rest of the field.

Ragle posted her fifth consecutive top 10 finish with a seventh place finish at the Tiger Invitational, Saturday. Ragle, who covered the 5K course in 19:13.58, has been the Lady Tigers No.1 runner all season.
