Kim Duskin joined the University of Memphis Athletic Training staff in September of 2012 after spending seven seasons at Azusa Pacific as the athletic trainer for the men's and women's basketball programs, as well as the men's and women's cross country squads. She also oversaw the treatment and rehab plans for baseball and women's volleyball student-athletes. In Azusa Pacific's highly-regarded athletic training program, she mentored several students in the training program and was in charge of the department's sports pharmacology inventory. She also taught in the program's athletic training education program. A member of the NAIA Athletic Trainers Committee, she served as a secretary.

Duskin spent one year at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif., where she worked with a variety of elite athletes, including those in track and field and softball.

An Oklahoma native, Duskin graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2002 with a degree in athletic training. She then received her master's degree from San Jose State, while also serving as the head athletic trainer for a local high school.
