As the 2013-14 Memphis athletics season approaches, the women's basketball team is already called in for their team photo day. During the shoot, we talked to Ariel Hearn and Mooriah Rowser about their summer workouts and the upcoming season in the new American Athletic Conference.

This year the Memphis Tiger Network went behind the scenes of the 2012 Memphis women's basketball photo shoot. We had a chance to meet a lot of new faces on the team this year and talk to some of the veterans. Junior (2012-13): Appeared in 23 of Memphis' 32 games as a junior, averaging 1.6 points and 1.7 rebounds per game...Also made five starts for Memphis in her first year with the Tigers' program...Scored a Memphis career-best eight points in the loss to Illinois...Had a career-best six rebounds in the road win at Saint Louis, including four offensive rebounds...Knocked down two triples in the loss to Illinois...Added eight steals and seven assists on the season...Shot 70 percent from the free-throw line...Named to the C-USA Academic Honor Roll.
