The University of Memphis women's basketball has had a lot to celebrate this season and invites fans to join them at the year-end Women's Basketball Banquet on Sunday, April 11th at 2 p.m. at the Holiday Inn located on the University of Memphis campus.

The Tigers capped the season as the runners-up in the Inaugural Women's Basketball Invitational (WBI) and posted the team's first 20-win season since the 2003-04 season. The Tigers earned a handful of post-season awards from Conference USA, including Brittany Carter's first team all-conference honor and C-USA Newcomer of the Year award, Ramses Lonlack's all-defensive honor and Nicole Dickson's all-freshman team award.

Tickets are just $20 per person and registration forms must be returned to John Moore by Monday, April 5th. For more information, please call John Moore at 901-372-4677. Check-in for the buffet late lunch/early dinner will begin at 1:45 p.m.
