The Melissa McFerrin Hoops School will host a High School Team Camp, an AAU Team Camp, and a Day Camp during the summer of 2009.

High School Team Camp will be held June 19-20 and AAU Team Camp will be held June 27-28 in the Elma Roane Fieldhouse on the University of Memphis campus (495 Zach Curlin Street). The cost of either team camp is $350 per team with a four game minimum guarantee. Team Camp will also feature the "Nerves of Steel" pressure situation tournament. The format for the "Nerves of Steel" tournament is a best-of-five, double elimination format with each team being either up or down one point with 30 seconds to play. Each Team Camp also allows for an individual to register and be placed on a team for $50. Games will be officiated by high school or college referees. All participants will receive a camp shirt.

Day Camp will be held June 22-25 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $200 per camper for boys and girls entering grades 4-9. Day Camp will include quality instruction, individual evaluations, 5 on 5 games, camp t-shirt, prizes and awards throughout the week. Campers will also have an opportunity to interact with the women's basketball coaching staff and players.
