The Melissa McFerrin Hoops School will host two sessions during the summer of 2008. There will be a Team Camp, June 14-15th for high school and AAU teams, and a Day Camp for campers entering grades four through nine from June 16-19th.

The Team Camp will be played June 14th through 15th in the Elma Roane Fieldhouse on the University of Memphis campus (495 Zach Curlin Street). The cost of the team camp will be $350 per team for two days with a four game minimum guarantee, or $250 per team for one day with a three game minimum. The game includes high school and college referees, a camp t-shirt and the "Nerves of Steel" pressure situation game. The format for the Nerves of Steel game is best of five series, double elimination format. Each team begins either up or down one point with 30 seconds to play.

The Day Camp will be held June 16-19th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $200 per camper for campers heading in to grades four through nine for the upcoming fall school year. After camp care is available for $50 from 3 until 5 p.m. Camp fees include a camp t-shirt and the opportunity to interact with the women's basketball coaching staff and select players at the camp.
