Memphis women's basketball coach Melissa McFerrin will appear on Fox13's Good Morning Memphis on Thursday, Sept. 2nd, at approximately 8:15 a.m.

The third year head coach returns eight letterwinners and four starters from a team that finished 20-14 last season and advanced to the final of the Women's Basketball Invitational. That post-season tournament appearance was the program's first since 2003-04 and was also its first 20-win season since 2003-04.

The team has returned to campus and is preparing for individual workouts to begin. The Tigers will participate in Memphis Madness Festivities on Friday, October 15th, at FedExForum, and will open their regular season in the NBA venue, hosting Missouri, November 12th at 5 p.m. in the front end of a Memphis basketball doubleheader.
