"It was tough out there today," said Memphis head coach Beth Harrelson. "But, this was a good learning experience to start off the spring. As the weather gets better and we have more practice time, I know that we will continue to improve. "

UCF (307-293-294) fired a final round team total of 294 to steal the team title from first and second round leader Georgia State (292-300-303) by one stroke. East Tennessee State (304-300-292) finished in third.

Christine Wong (San Diego State) fired her second consecutive 74 to claim the individual title. Her three day total of 217 (69-74-74) bested Aruka Felgueroso of Coastal Carolina (72-73-75) by three strokes. Mary Chamberlin of James Madison posted rounds of 76-70-75 to finish in third.

Memphis competes next when it travels to Mobile, Ala. to compete in the South Alabama Lady Jaguars Invitational on March 1-2.
