PINEHURST- Memphis finished 8th with a team score of 957 (93-over) at the Edwin Watts Collegiate Classic at Pinehursts No. 8 in Pinehursts, North Carolina.

Jennifer Jasnek led Memphis shooting a 235 (19-over) for the weekend. He rscore ranked 19th amongst individuals. Teammate Marianne Ruud also had a strong showing with a 236 (20-over) finsihing in 21st place individually.

East Carolina won the tourney with a 920 (32-over) team score and they were followed by Penn State with a 933 (45-over). East Carolina golfer Jessica Krasby won the individual title with a score of 223 (8-over). Twenty schools competed in the tournament hosted by the College of Charleston.
