AUGUSTA. Ga. - Kathleen Glavin and Marissa Steen each carded 36-hole totals of 148 to lead Memphis on the first day of the AdminiStaff Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate hosted by Augusta State.

Glavin and Steen are tied for 14th place after posting four-over-par totals on day one at Forest Hills Golf Club. Steen blistered the course in round two with a 68 after struggling to an opening round 80. Glavin was more consistent, posting scores of 73-75.

Ashley Kees carded her lowest round of the spring (75) in the opening round and is in a tie for 45th position heading into Tuesday's final round. Alex Aläng (75-80--155) and Julia Hodgson (78-84--162) are in 60th and 74th, respectively.

Memphis posted team scores of 306-302 in the first town rounds and finds itself in ninth position of 17 teams in the field. Tournament-host Augusta State (289-293--582) holds a two-stroke lead over Purdue (290-294--584) at the top of the leaderboard.

The AdminiStaff Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate concludes tomorrow with the third and final round. Live scoring is available via www.golfstat.com.
