MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Memphis women's golf team opend its fall season today at Louisville's Napa River Grill Cardinal Cup. Sophomore transfer Taylor Bunnell currently leads Memphis at nine over par after two rounds.

Bunnell is tied for 32nd at the end of the first day of play. Seniors Dawn-Marie Conaty and Meghan Mahoney are tied for 39th at 10 over par. The Tigers share 10th place with the University of Maryland. Their day one score of 311 puts the Lady Tigers 19 shots out of the lead, currently held by Notre Dame.

The third and final round of the Cardinal Cup will tee off tomorrow morning at 8:30 EST.
