Columbia, Mo. - The Memphis women's golf team opened play at the University of Missouri's Johnie Imes Invitational today with a two-round score of 650 (326-324), which has the Lady Tigers in sixth place of 10 teams. Alexa Porter (77-76) leads the team at nine over par and is in ninth place overall.

The University of Missouri (297-298) currently leads the field at 19 over par. Memphis resumes play tomorrow six stroke behind Wichita State.
