Lady Tigers In Fourth At Beacon Woods Invitational

New Port Richey, FL - The University of Memphis Lady Tigers shot a team score of 305 in the second round of the Beacon Woods Invitational and are currently in fourth place with round of competition remaining. Conference USA member Tulane is in first place after posting a 284 on Saturday. Ole Miss is second after 36-holes but trails Tulane by 11 strokes. South Florida is in third at 597 and Memphis is fourth at 605. Alexis Wooster of Tulane holds the individual lead at one over par 145. Memphis senior Marianne Ruud is tied for second place after posting a score of 75 in the second round. Florida International's Liz Stuart, South Florida's Fany Schaeffer and Mississippi State's Sofie Andersson are also tied for second with scores of 146. Lady Tiger Abby More and her teammate Danielle Reilly are tied for 28th with a scores of 153. Jennifer Jaszek is tied for 34th at 155. The final round of play is slated for Sunday.
