Memphis In 19th After Day Two of LSU/Cleveland Golf Classic
March 18, 2007 BATON ROUGE, La. - The Lady Tigers are working to stay afloat against some of the nation's best golfers this weekend. Memphis concluded round two of competition today, reporting a 67-over-par score of 643, giving them 19th place going into the final round. Senior golfer Stacey Tate is leading the way for the Tigers, finishing day two with a 7-over-par score of 151. Tate is currently in 24th place, a big jump from her 32nd finish from day one. The senior is looking to move up to a top-20 finish in the final round. Dawn-Marie Conaty is the second lowest finisher for the Tigers, reporting a 13-over-par score of 157. She is currently in 62nd place going in the third and final round. Rachel Larson shot a 24-over-par score of 168, giving her a 98th place finish after day two. One stroke behind Larson is Meghan Mahoney, shooting a 25-over-par score of 169. Mahoney is in 99th place going into day three. Senior Kathryn O'Rourke finished day two with a 107th place finish, reporting a 31-over-par score of 175.
