Tournament Central: @MemphisWGolf Travels to Compete in Rebel Intercollegiate

OXFORD, Miss. - The University of Memphis women's golf team travels to Oxford, Miss. This weekend for the Rebel Intercollegiate hosted by Ole Miss. The tournament will feature staggered starts on Friday and Saturday for the first two rounds and then a shotgun start Sunday to complete action.
The Tigers will be among some of the last teams to tee off Friday, as Memphis is paired with GRU Augusta and East Tennessee St. for the last five groups to start from the 10th hole. A complete list of first round tee times can be found here.
The Memphis Participants
Sain led the Lady Tigers at their last tournament, the UC Spring Invitational hosted by the University of Cincinnati. The senior shot a 226 (+10) and finished tied for 12th place. Whisenant finished two strokes behind Sain, with 228 (+12) and tied for 18th. Kees finished tied for 27th with a score of 233 (+17). Cabush finished one stroke behind Kees, giving her a tie for 31st at 234 (+18). Gerlach tied for 44th place with a 237 (+21).
The Lady Tigers will face off against 17 other teams with Coastal Carolina, Colorado State, East Tennessee St., Furman, GRU Augusta, Harvard, Kennesaw State, Kentucky, Murray State, Notre Dame, Samford, South Florida, Southern Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas State and Tulane joining the Lady Tigers and the program, Ole Miss.
