Junior Leslie Grabeman fired a final round even par, 72 to lead the Lady Tigers to an eleventh place finish at the Cincinnati Fall Classic. The tournament was hosted by the University of Cincinnati and played at the 6,207-yard, par 72 Elk Run Golf Course.

Grabeman, a transfer from the University of Minnesota, finished tied for 10th individually with a three day total of 226 (78-76-72). Marissa Steen finished in a tie for 31st with a three day total of 237 (80-82-75), followed by Kathleen Glavin and Caitlin McDonald who posted totals of 248 (89-81-78) and 312 (111-110-91), respectively.

"Leslie showed us all today that she has the potential to have a fantastic year. If she continues to play like this, she will undoubtedly become a leader on this team," said Lady Tiger head coach Beth Harrelson

The Lady Tigers improved by 33 strokes in the final round, when they posted a total of 319. All four players carded their lowest rounds of the tournament.

"Today showed how much potential this golf team has. I'm extremely proud of my girls for enduring a lot of adversity yesterday and showing their toughness by coming out today and playing very well," said Harrelson.

The Lady Tigers shot a three day total of 1023 to finish in 11th place.

Georgia State University won the tournament with a total of 880 (291-298-291). Augusta State finished 16 shots back in second after posting a total of 896 (305-296-295). Iliska Verwey of Georgia State won the individual competition, firing a three day total of 210 (64-76-70).
