The University of Memphis Lady Tiger golf team posted a final round score of 325-984 and finish in a tie for 10th place at the 2003 Ross Resorts Invitational played at Mid Pines Golf Club in Southern Pines, NC. James Madison University won the team title with a score of 911, while the University of Kentucky and Alabama tied for second place at 916. Miami was fourth with a 922 and host institution Rollins College rounded out the top five with a team score of 933.

Darby Sligh of Alabama claimed the medalist honors with a three round score of five under par 211. Lady Tiger Jennifer Jaszek paced the U of M tying for 17th place with a three round score of 234. Jaszek, a senior for Memphis, had scores of 81-75-78. Freshman Kathryn O'Rourke tied for 40th, while Meghan Mahoney tied for 45th.
