2004 (Junior) - Moved from the midfield and forward positions, where she had played her first two seasons, to defense and was part of the Tiger defense that set a school record with a 1.19 goals-against average and seven shutouts ... Was one of just four players to play in every game ... Started 17 of her 19 games played ... Tied with teammate Monica Powell for second on the team with four assists ... Three of her four assists came on game-winning goals and five of her six points came in Memphis wins ... Took 14 shots and put five of them on goal ... Assisted on Caroline Barrett's game-winning goal against Tennessee Tech (9-10) ... Helped out on Madison Cheek's game-winner against Drury (9-17) in a 1-0 win ... Assisted on Mary Shelton's game-winner against Charlotte (10-8) ... Scored her first goal of the year against East Carolina (10-10) ... Scored her lone goal of the year against Drury (9-14) in a 3-0 Memphis win ... Took 13 shots on the year ... Excelled in the classroom as well, leading the team with a 4.0 grade-point average in the spring semester.
2002 (Freshman) - Played in all 19 games as a true freshman, starting seven at the midfield and forward positions ... Took 12 shots and recorded two goals for a total of four points ... Recorded her first collegiate goal against Mississippi State (9-15) with a 25-foot blast from the right wing to put the Tigers up 1-0 in a game they would go on to win 3-2 in overtime ... Netted the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win at Southern Miss (10-18) which helped snap a two-game losing streak for the Tigers and was the first of three straight wins and four victories in their final five C-USA contests ... The win also helped the team qualify for the C-USA Tournament.
Before Memphis - Earned four varsity letters in soccer and three in basketball at Noblesville High School ... Played for coach Margaret Rainey at Noblesville, where she was the team captain as a senior midfielder ... Led her team to the sectional and regional championships in 2001 as well as a berth in the semi-state ... Named first team All-County and second team All-State as a senior ... Also honored on the state All-Academic team and as Academic All-State ... Played club soccer for the ISA Lightning, which won the State Cup in 2000 and 2001 ... Member of the Indiana State Olympic Development team ... Was in the top four percent of her senior class, graduating with a 4.3 grade-point average ... Was also a member of the National Honor Society.
