MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Lady Tiger coach Brooks Monaghan annouced the signing of eight recruits to national letters of intent yesterday. The list includes three transfers from NAIA powerhouse Lindsey Wilson College.

Elizabeth Gardner Midfield Peachtree City, Ga. McIntosh High

Four-year starter for three-time defending state champion and No. 1 ranked team in country MHS...All-County selection as a junior...Club side AFC Lightning, currently ranked No. 13 in nation... Member of the Georgia State Olympic Development Team...National Honor Society member with perfect 4.0 GPA...Admitted into honors program at the U of M.

Courtnee Melton Defender Bartlett, Tenn. Bartlett High

Member of Tennessee State ODP Team... Named all-region, all-state and all-district in 2001... Named Commercial Appeal's Best of the Preps as a senior... Chosen captain of her high school squad... Currently ranked 13 of 417 with a 4.0 GPA and is a member of the National Honor Society.

Lindsay Smart Keeper Erie, Pa. Harbor Creek High

Started four years at Harbor Creek and was named her team's Player of the Year as a senior... Was team captain and named all-county as a senior... holds Harbor Creek record for saves in a season with 337... Plays Club ball with the Erie Admirals... Holds a 3.7 GPA and is a member of the National Honor Society.

Robyn Smart Midfield Noblesville, Ind. Noblesville High

Member of the Indiana State Olympic Development Team... Her ISA Lightning Club Team is currently ranked No. 7 in the nation... Named team captain and all-state in her senior year... Her 4.25 GPA ranks her 15 in a class of 415.

Kristan Wilson Forward, Midfield Indianapolis, Ind. Lawrence Central High

Member of the Indiana State Olympic Development Team... ISA Lightning is ranked No. 7 in the nation... Named captain of Lawrence Central High team as a senior... Named all-county and all-conference following her senior year... Her 3.8 GPA puts her in the top 5 percent of her class and on the National Honor Society.

Kirsty Marr Forward Dundee, Scotland Lindsey Wilson College

Transfer from NAIA power Lindsey Wilson, where she led her squad in scoring as a freshman... Named all-conference, all-region and NAIA All-American after scoring 31 goals in 2001... Former member of the Under 16 and Under 20 Scottish National Team.

Leanne McGee Midfield, Defender North Shields, England Lindsey Wilson College

Played midfielder for NAIA power Lindsey Wilson... Selected to the U-18 English National Team pool... Named Young Player of the Year in England in 2000
