MEMPHIS, Tenn. - After last week's spring tilt with Alabama was rained out, the University of Memphis women's soccer squad is scheduled to play the Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa, Ala., on Sunday at noon.

"After a week off due to the rain, we are excited to get back on the field and play again," head coach Brooks Monaghan said. "We were disappointed with our last outing, so we are hopeful for a better performance from the team. We need to get back on track."

The U of M stands at 2-0-1 this spring with three matches remaining on the spring schedule. Rasheeda Ansari has scored three goals on the spring and Christabel Oduro has a goal and two assists.

Following Sunday's match at Alabama, Memphis will travel to St. Louis, Mo., to take on the Missouri Tigers on April 9 at 7 p.m. The spring slate concludes on April 16 with a 7 p.m. match at Ole Miss.
