TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Memphis women's soccer squad remained undefeated on the spring season with a 1-0 victory at Alabama on Sunday.

"I was very pleased with the effort in the game," head coach Brooks Monaghan said. "I thought we did a great job with taking what the game presented us. We managed the game extremely well based on the conditions."

Taylor Isenhower provided the lone goal for the Tigers in the game. Christabel Oduro recorded her third assist of the spring season with the assist on Isenhower's goal.

"We have to continue to build on the last game," Monaghan said. "As I said before, we started off the spring very well and then didn't play well against Arkansas State even though we got the result. We were not pleased with the way we performed in that game. In this last game, we got back on track and we want to build on that and continue to move into the right direction going into the fall."

The Lady Tigers will face off with Missouri on Saturday at St. Louis Soccer Park in St. Louis, Mo. Kick-off is set for 2:30 p.m. in the next to last match on the spring schedule. Memphis concludes the spring slate at Ole Miss on April 15.
