Senior defender Lizzy Simonin writes the first blog for the 2011 season titled, "The Last Five Minutes." You can read the full blog here. The blog will be updated throughout the season by various Memphis women's soccer players. 

The four-time defending Conference USA Champions open preseason camp on Wednesday, August 3. After hosting an exhibition match with Auburn on August 13, Memphis opens regular season play on August 18 at 7 p.m. with LSU at Mike Rose Soccer Complex.
