Bard-Martel had seven saves on Wednesday

JONESBORO, Ark. - Coming off a 1-0 setback against Mississippi State, the Memphis women's soccer team returns to the pitch for an exhibition at Arkansas State Sunday at 1 p.m.

Memphis continues preseason camp without two of its stars. Kylie Davis and Valerie Sanderson will represent Canada against Germany Saturday night in the quarterfinals of the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. Memphis and Arkansas State last met in 2012 with the U of M earning a 4-0 victory at Mike Rose Soccer Complex.

The Lady Tigers open the regular season on Sunday, August 24, at Alabama. The home opener is Tuesday, August 26, at 7 p.m. against Lipscomb at Mike Rose Soccer Complex.
