MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Sophomore forward Taylor Isenhower was named Conference USA Offensive Player of the Week and also earned one of 11 spots on the TopDrawerSoccer.com National Team of the Week as announced by the league office and TopDrawerSoccer.com on Monday.

"Taylor is very deserving of this honor and she continues to become a better player," said head coach Brooks Monaghan. "Taylor has always had a lot of potential and she is really playing with a lot of confidence right now. She is moving in the right direction and meeting her potential. I am very proud of her and the way she is playing and I hope she continues her success."

The Lenexa, Kan., native scored two game-winners to help #20 Memphis sweep a pair of matches against SEC foes last week. Isenhower scored the game-tying and game-winning goal against Alabama on Friday for her third career multiple goal match and scored her third goal of the weekend to lift the Lady Tigers over rival Ole Miss on Sunday.

Isenhower is the second women's soccer player in program history to earn TopDrawerSoccer.com National Team of the Week honors.

This is Isenhower's second C-USA Offensive Player of the Week award. She earned her first recognition on Oct. 26, 2009 after registering two goals and an assist at East Carolina.

Isenhower and the Lady Tigers return to action on Friday as they close non-conference play with a 7 p.m. match-up with Texas Christian University at Mike Rose Soccer Complex.
