ORLANDO, Fla. - The University of Memphis women's soccer squad punched its ticket to the Conference USA Championship match for the fourth-straight season and will face 23rd-ranked UCF on Sunday at 1 p.m. (CT) televised live on CBS College Sports from the UCF Soccer Complex in Orlando, Fla. Memphis freshman Christabel Oduro headed the ball in off a corner from C-USA Midfielder of the Year Vendula Strnadova in the 52nd minute to give the three-time defending C-USA tournament champions their return trip to the finals. Lady Tiger netminder Elise Kuhar-Pitters made two key saves in the match and let the Memphis defense do the rest of the work in the 1-0 victory over Houston on Friday. UCF senior forward Kim Newsome took a ball at midfield and scored an unassisted goal at the 2:11 mark to give the Knights an early lead. It was Newsome's 10th goal of the season. Sophomore Nicolette Radovcic added a goal in the 29th minute off a rebound from All-Conference first-team midfielder Katie Jackson.
