MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Freshman forward Ashley Berra was named to the Soccer America Women's team of the Week. This is Berra's first Soccer America team accolade. Over the course of the C-USA Championship Berra came off the bench to score three goals and was named Most Valuable Offensive Player of the C-USA Championship.

Berra scored the lone goal for the Lady Tigers in a second round 1-0 win, against the UTEP Miners, to help advance Memphis to its first C-USA Championship final appearance. She later scored a goal in the championship game versus UCF, to help Memphis clinch the win. Berra has six goals and one assist on the season, and is on a five game scoring streak.
