Heather Mott's two runs scored give her a team-high six runs scored on the season.

Shanna Brown scored her first collegiate run in the bottom of the fourth when pinch-running for Leigh Rowan.

• When Kailey Kassner drove in Prestridge in the fourth inning, it was her sixth RBI of the season - second on the team.

Kim Sirman drove in Maddie McKinley in the bottom of the fourth for her first RBI of the season.

Cheyenne Mascarenas scored her second run of her collegiate career on Heather Mott's triple in the fifth.

Heather Mott took over sole possession of first place in Memphis' career triple list with her three-bagger in the fifth. Mott's sixth triple of her career moved her ahead of Leila Dolfo.

• The two-game sweep of Belmont was Memphis' first doubleheader sweep since sweeping C-USA rival Houston on April 10 last season.

• The last mid-week double-header sweep for the Tigers was April 1, 2009 against UT-Martin. Memphis swept four of their five mid-week doubleheaders a season ago.
