• Leigh Rowan hit her team leading fourth home run of the season and second in as many games to give the Tigers a 2-0 lead in the first inning. Rowan now has 13 career home runs to move in a tie for third with Heather Mott for most dingers in school history. She now has 13 RBI on the season, which leads the team. It is her third multiple RBI game of the season.

• Maddie McKinley hit her third double of the season in the first inning to right center. It is the 13th of her career.

• Leigh Rowan had her team leading fifth multi-hit game of the season. Rowan homered and singled in the game and went 2-for-3.

• Lelani Bernardino doubled down the left field line in the top of the seventh inning for her third double of the season and the ninth of her career.

• Lelani Bernardino had her third multi-hit game of the season with a single and a double in the game and finished 2-for-4.

• Carly Hummel struck out 10 batters in the game. It is her second 10 K performance of the season.

• Hummel had her second shutout of the season with the three hitter against Virginia Tech. She improves to 6-2 on the season.
