• Kimmi Hayden hit her fourth double of the season in the fourth inning. The two-run hit down the left field line marks her fourth multi-RBI game.

• Kara Ross had her 12th multi-hit game of the year. Ross went 3-for-3 with three singles.

• Ross matched a career high with three hits. It is the second time she has done it this season and third time overall.

• Jenna Kubesch entered the game in relief in the fifth inning and struck out the side in order.

• Kimmi Hayden had her 13th multi-hit game with a double and a single. She also had three RBI in the game, matching a season high. She now has 18 RBI.

• Memphis out-hit SEMO, 8-6, in the game; marking the third time in four games the Tigers have out-slugged its opponent in a loss. The U of M is now 24-4 when compiling more hits than the other team.
