MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The University of Memphis softball coach's clinic and hitting clinic scheduled for Jan. 28th is still accepting registrations. Registration can be done online by clicking here. The cost of the coaching clinic is $40 and the cost of the hitting clinic is $35.

The coach's clinic will be open to anyone who coaches fast pitch softball. Camp attendees are asked to bring a notebook and pen for the camp, which will be held from 1-4:00 p.m. on the University of Memphis South Campus. The camp will cover all aspects of teaching fastpitch softball, including practice planning, defensive instruction, offensive skill instruction and pitching instruction. The camp format will be question and answer.

Later that afternoon, from 5-8:00 p.m., there will be a hitting camp for fast pitch softball players ages 8 through high school seniors. Participants are asked to bring a bat and batting gloves and will go through over 15 different stations to work on all parts of the swing. The hitting camp will be conducted in the Turf Room at South Campus on the University of Memphis campus.
