Bossom earned her first collegiate save against Vermont after pitching the final three inning without allowing a hit and striking out five. She also threw a two-hitter in a 2-1 victory against Gardner-Webb. The Dayton, Texas, native allowed just five hits and one run in her last 25.1 innings with 22 strikeouts and went 3-0 with a save during the stretch. She is 7-4 on the season. Bossom's no-hitter is the fifth in Memphis history and the first since Jenna Kubesch no-hit Alcorn State last season. Kubesch threw four no-hitters, including a perfect game, in her two years at Memphis.
