Fall 2010: Compiled a 10-5 mark overall in singles...Won main draw title at Memphis Invitational to open sophomore season with two defaults and a, 6-2, 6-4, victory over Tulsa's Anastasia Erofeeva...Produced big wins against No. 118 Alex Clay of Alabama, 6-2, 6-3, and Megan Broderick of Kentucky, 6-2, 5-7, 6-4, in Tuscaloosa, Ala., at the Roberta Alison Classic...Became first Lady Tiger in program history to receive a bid to the ITA All-American Championships...Competed in prequalifying singles but lost in a hard-fought, three-set match to Lily Kimbell of Georgia, 5-7, 7-5, 6-4...Also competed in prequalifying doubles with partner Stefanie Mikesz and were up 5-0 and 6-3 but were edged out by Illinois duo Breanna Smutko and Chelcie Abajian, 9-7,...Went 2-1 at ITA Ohio Valley Regionals...Won the tiebreak in the third set over Louisville's Mandy Brown, 4-6, 6-4, 7-6 (5), and defeated Eastern Kentucky's Myriem Mhirit, 6-2, 6-2...At June Stewart Invitational, upended Gisella Pere of Purdue, 6-1, 0-6, 6-4...Took down No. 123 Vanja Tomic of Austin Peay, 6-0, 6-0...Posted a 1-2 clip at the Midwest Blast with only win coming against win against Misia Kedzierski of Illinois, 5-7, 6-2, 6-4 ...In doubles, tallied two wins with Sarah Witkowski in the Memphis Invitational against opponents from Austin Peay and Lipscomb before falling at a Georgia State pair in the draw finals...Partnered with Stefanie Mikesz, the tandem went 4-9 overall and recorded wins against duos from Samford, Xavier, Belmont and Vanderbilt.

Spring 2010: Earned All-C-USA second team honors as a freshman for the Lady Tigers...Tied fellow all-conference selection Ashley Murdock for the most singles wins on the team with 17...Posted an overall mark of 17-9 at the No. 2 singles position...Took 106th ranked Sarah Landsman of Arizona to three sets...Went 5-1 against Conference USA foes including wins over opponents from Southern Miss, Tulane, UAB and UCF...Ended the season with a seven match winning streak...Teamed with fellow freshman Kelly Gray to post the most doubles victories on the team with 15...Duo went 15-8 at the No. 2 doubles spot...Collins and Gray went 9-2 at the No. 2 slot...Picked up conference victories over Southern Miss, Tulane and UAB...Had big wins against No. 44 Yale and No. 56 William & Mary, as well as Boston College and Missouri.

Prep: Collins was rated as the No. 1 tennis recruit coming out of Mississippi according to tennisrecruiting.net...Rated as the 49th-best recruit in the nation according to the same publication...Tennisrecruiting.net also rated her as the 17th best prep player in the Southeast Region...Was a highly recruited talent and chose Memphis over Missouri, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Murray State, Tennessee, Louisville, Mississippi State and others...Was the state singles champion in Mississippi the during all four years of high school... She was also her division's champion for the last four years...Helped lead the Itawamba Indians to the division championship and the state semi-finals...During the last two seasons she represented the state of Mississippi in the Junior Davis Cup...She advanced to the finals of the River Hills Junior Open in Jackson, Miss...In April of 2008, Collins was named the victor at the Aquafina RTC Junior Open in Ridgeland, Miss...She defeated UCF recruit Allison Hodges, a Germantown product, in the finals...She also had great results from two Southern Designated tourneys, picking up wins over Virginia Tech signee, Emily Lauten, and LSU signee, Ebie Wilson...Off of the tennis court, Collins maintained a 4.0 cumulative GPA...She also was a member of Itawamba's varsity girl's basketball team, Future Business Leaders of America and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes...Also spent much of her time volunteering in community service projects.
