Spring 2009: Had a 9-15 record during her initial season as a member of the Memphis Lady Tiger tennis squad...Competed at the No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 slots for the Lady tigers in the spring of 2009...Went 8-8 at the No. 3 singles position, 0-1 at No. 4 and 0-4 at the No. 5 spot...Picked up a singles victory against conference foe UAB's Giorgia Romeo, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3...Also picked up singles wins against Southeast Missouri State, Austin Peay, Murray State, Stephen F. Austin, Samford, UT Martin, Lipscomb and Jacksonville State...Compiled a 12-14 record in doubles during the season...Teamed with Kristin Chamberlain for a 1-3 record at the No. 3 spot...Also partnered with Amanda Brown for a 3-4 mark at the No. 2 doubles position...Irvin and Ashley Murdock combined for a record of 7-4 at the No. 1 and No. 2 positions.

Fall 2008: Picked up first collegiate win in first tournament defeating Tennessee Tech's Joanna Corkern in the consolation round of the Roberta Alison Fall Classic in Tuscaloosa, Ala ... Lost her first round match in Tuscaloosa, falling by a score of 6-4, 6-3, to Kimber Redfern of Charlotte ... Defeated in second consolation match in Tuscaloosa to Mississippi State's Valeriya Makarycheva, 6-1, 6-3 ... Upended Mississippi State's Jordan Zacary in the first round of the 2008 Ole Miss Fall Classic, 7-6, 4-6, 6-1 ... Lost her second match to Jacksonville State's Kristen Fuller, 6-4, 7-5 ... Teamed with Ashley Murdock in doubles at the Ole Miss Fall Classic to defeat No. 56 Ole Miss' Mimi Renaudin and Laura van de Stroet, 8-3, the pair had defeated the No. 3 team in the nation from Duke a week before ... Murdock and Irvin fell to No. 48 South Alabama's Katie Welch and Erica Krisan, 8-6, in the second round.

Attended Canterbury College from 1997-2005 ... Played No. 2 singles for the Open A's tennis team at Canterbury, while her sister, Ashley Irvin competed at No. 1 singles ... Led Canterbury to three straight Conference Championships stretching from 2003-05 ... Spent last two years of high school at Kelvin Grove State College-Queensland Tennis School of Excellence ... named Player of the Year for Kelvin Grove in 2005 and 2006 ... Competed at No. 1 singles ... Led team to District and Regional titles in 2006 and 2007 ... Named to the Queensland state team, honoring the top eight tennis players in the state in 2007 ... Traveled to Canberra for nationals with state team where they placed third.

Has two sisters, Carly, 23, and Ashley, 19 ... Sister, Ashley, will join the women's tennis team at Louisville in January of 2009 ... Ashley was named ITA National Junior College Player of the Year in 2008 while competing for Tyler Junior College.
