LAS CRUCES, N.M. - The University of Memphis women's tennis team suffered its fifth straight loss to open a seven-match road swing, 7-0, to host New Mexico State, Saturday. The win snaps a five-match Aggie losing streak and drops Memphis to 1-6 overall on the season heading in to a Sunday match a Conference USA foe UTEP.

Memphis lost all three doubles matches and battled, but could not win a set in singles play. The Lady Tigers will play their fourth conference match of the season, Sunday, at UTEP. UTEP is coming off a 4-3 win over New Mexico State on Friday.
