MEMPHIS, Tenn. - - With predicted rain and strong winds in the area on Thursday afternoon, the Lady Tiger tennis team took the storm indoors with a 7-0 shutout of Central Arkansas in the regular season finale. The win pushes Memphis to 9-12 on the season with the Conference USA championships looming next on the Lady Tiger schedule. The loss drops Central Arkansas to 2-13 for the season.
"It was good to have everyone get a win and build some positive momentum heading in to the league tournament," Head Coach Lee Taylor Walker said.

Sophomore Ashley Murdock won her sixth straight match, 7-5, 6-0 at No. 1, improving to 15-4 on the season.
