TULSA, Okla. - The University of Memphis women's tennis team saw its 2006-07 season come to an end with a 5-0 loss to UTEP, Thursday afternoon.

UTEP went up early, 1-0, with wins at No. 2 and 3 singles, and with the doubles point decided, the two teams were not able to finish the No. 1 match which saw Ekin Zafir and Christina Wieser leading 7-5.

UTEP closed out the win with wins at No. 6, 1, 2 and 3 singles, ending the Lady Tigers' season.
