2001: Will switch from middle distance and distance events to the heptathlon beginning in 2001...Took a break from her heptathlon training to run one cross country meet at Arkansas State where she finished 32nd with a time of 18:57.6 for the 4K course. 2000: Bondeson competed in just three meets during the outdoor season...She was 11th in the 800 at Southeast Missouri State with a time of 5:14.00...She also competed in the 400 and the 800, finished 13th in the 400 at 1:04.44, and 11th in the 800 in 2:43.22 at SEMO. Fall 1999: Bondeson opened her Lady Tiger career on the cross country course...She finished 22nd out of 65 runners at the season-opening Plough Park Invitational and posted a season-best 5K time of 20:49 at the Saluki Invitational where she placed 72nd out of 133 runners. Prep: Bondeson ran at Lakeville High School, competing in the 800 and 400...Bondeson was an All-Conference runner for three years and al All-State performer two yars...She was the State Runner-up in the 800 meters in 1998...Bondeson also played volleyball and basketball...She was a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, the yearbook staff and was an All-State Academic in two sports.
