1998-99: Competed in four meets for the U of M before missing
the remainder of the season due to illness...Competed in the
55 and 60-meter dahes and the 55-meter hurdles, posting a best
of 7.79 in the 60-meter dash...Also competed in the triple jump and
100-meter dash for one outdoor meet.
1997-98: Ran primarily the 55m on the indoor track, steadily
improving each meet, dropping her time from 7.39 at the ASU Kickoff to
a 7.24 at the Saluki Invitational...She ran a 7.30 at the C-USA
indoor championships...DeLatour continued to do well onthe outdoor track
where she ran the 100m...Her best time came at Rhodes where she
ran a 12.1 for second place...At Murray State she won the event
when she crossed the line in 12.18...Finished fifth at the C-USA
outdoor championships with a 12.30 performance.
Prep: DeLatour was a successful sprinter at Princeton
High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she lettered in track for four
years...Her best time in the 100 was 11.9...She also ran a 24.4
200 m in high school...Her best long jump was 18-9.5...DeLatour
was the MVP of the track team her freshman, sophomore and senior
years...She missed her junior year due to a knee injury.
