2012 Outdoor Season
Earned All-Conference USA first-team honors ... Placed first at the Mississippi Open breaking the program-record in the heptathlon with 5,047 points ... At the Conference USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, broke her own school-record in the heptathlon taking gold with a final point tally of 5,325 ... In the process of her gold medal winning heptathlon performance, set new personal-bests in the 800m (2:24.83), 200m (26.71), 100m hurdle (14.44) ... Recorded more overall team points for the women's squad at the C-USA Championships placing fifth and setting personal-best in the javelin of 42.44m (136'3") ... Placed first at the Memphis Invitational with a personal-best long jump of 5.81m (19'.75").

2012 Indoor
Competed in two meets during the indoor season ... At the Gladstein Invitational placed sixth in the high jump (1.65m, 5'5") and fifth in the long jump (5.62m, 18'5.25") ... At the Kentucky Rod McCravy Memorial threw an indoor season-best in the shot put of 11.89m (39'.25").

Prior to Memphis
Named the Wiedersachsische Sportswoman of the Year ... Finished first in the Heptathlon at the 2010 German Championships and second at the 2011 German Indoor Championships.

Daughter of Carsteu Zieseniss and Mireille Rahn ... Birthday is March 9.
