2008 Outdoor: Thomas competed in five meets throughout the 2008 outdoor track and field season...She competed in both the 100m hurdles and the 400m hurdles...In the first meet of the season at the Rhodes Open Meet Thomas placed second in the 400m by running a time of 1:03.70...At the 2008 C-USA Outdoor Championships, Thomas set personal bests records in both the 100m hurdles and the 400m hurdles...She ran a 14.47 in the preliminaries of the 100m hurdles and a tenth place 1:03.08 in the 400m hurdles
2008 Indoor: Thomas competed in five meets during the Indoor track and field season...She participated in the 55m hurdles, the 60m hurdles and the 400m dash for the Tigers...At the SIU McDonalds Invitational, she set personal records in the 60m hurdles running a seventh place time of 9.11 in the finals and also ran a personal best 1:01.50 in the 400m dash in the finals...She set a personal record in the 55m hurdles when she ran a 8.27 in the preliminaries at the SEMO Invitational...At the 2008 C-USA Indoor Championships, Thomas ran the 60m hurdles and recorded a 9.16 in the preliminaries.
ACADEMICS: She has been a member of the Tiger 3.0 Club for two semesters...She has also made the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll for one year.
