State University, Ark.-- - The Lady Tiger cross country team finished second behind Western Kentucky at the 4K Arkansas State University Pizza inn-dian Invitational, Saturday.

Sophomore Wendy Ragle led the Lady Tigers for the third consecutive meet, finishing fifth in 15:57.6. Junior Lilly Lebron also finished in the top 10, crossing the line eighth in 16:09.4.

A pair of Tigers crossed the line in 19 and 20 when Leslie Daley and Julie Wright finished with times of 17:04.0 and 17:19.1, respectively.

Sophomore Katie Moore rounded out the scorers with a 23rd place finish in 17:43.7.

Sophomore Katy Bondeson, who took time out from her training as a heptathlete to run this meet, finished 32nd with a time of 18:57.6.

The Lady Tigers participate in the Commodore Invitational at Vanderbilt University, next weekend.
