Nicole Imbrogno begins her first season as the University of Memphis marketing representative for volleyball. She will also take on the marketing responsibilities for the Memphis baseball program in the spring.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., Imbrogno comes to Memphis after a year-long internship with the athletic marketing and promotions department at Embry-Riddle in Daytona Beach, Fla.
While at Embry-Riddle, Imbrogno worked with all 13 of the Eagles athletic programs. She coordinated student community efforts as well as serving as Kid's Club Coordinator for ERAU Athletics.
Imbrogno is a 2008 graduate of Syracuse University where she earned a bachelor of science degree in sport management. She worked in athletic communications department at Syracuse as a student volunteer.
Imbrogno brings a vast amount of experience to the U of M marketing staff, having served previous internships with the Pittsburgh Pirates (worked with 2006 MLB All-Star Game), Daytona Cubs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Imbrogno is currently pursuing her master's degree in sport and leisure commerce at the University of Memphis.
