Hawkins Sets School Record as Tigers Defeat Southern Miss

Memphis topped Southern Miss 3-2 (25-22, 22-25, 25-20, 14-25, 15-11) to stay alive for the C-USA Tournament.

Appeared in all 31 matches, making 22 starts and playing in 115 sets ... Opened the season with a then career-high of 15 digs against Austin Peay ... Was named to the Courtyard Charleston North Classic all-tournament team after posting 25 kills and 16 digs in two matches ... Posted a then career-high of 13 kills at College of Charleston on September 1 ... Matched that mark on October 5 against UAB before registering a new career-high of 15 against Marshall on November 2 ... Recorded three double-doubles, two coming back-to-back on October 5 with 13 kills and 20 digs against UAB and on October 7 with 12 kills and 12 digs at UAB ...
